These terms cover this website (tiktok.budgts.com) and the Budgts app that posts Budgts videos to TikTok. Budgts, LLC ("Budgts", "we") runs both. The Budgts budgeting app at budgts.com has its own terms.

What the app does

The app uploads videos made by Budgts to the Budgts TikTok account, using TikTok's official Content Posting API. Only accounts owned by Budgts, LLC may connect to it.

Using this website

You're welcome to read and share this website. Please don't copy the Budgts name, logo or videos, or present them as your own.

TikTok

Budgts isn't affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok. Everything the app posts must follow TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and TikTok's own terms apply to TikTok itself.

Our videos

The videos teach general tips about AI tools. They aren't professional, legal or financial advice. Tools change quickly, so check the official documentation before relying on a tip.

Warranty and liability

This website and the app are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. As far as the law allows, Budgts isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
